From a very young age I’ve felt a deep appreciation for all of Nature. Growing up in New Brunswick, Canada, my fondest childhood memories are those of connecting with the tree's and being in the forest. For most of my life, I have been on a journey of discovering my gifts and I love to incorporate drumming, sound and song into my healing practice/Ceremony. For over 10 years I have been facilitating Intentional Shamanic Drum Circles dedicated to Ceremony, Intentional Drumming, Healing and building Sacred Community.
Studying and practicing Shamanism since 2007 has led me on many adventures including to Arizona, California, New England, Alaska, Mexico, British Columbia, Eastern Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ireland, Scotland and to England, where I received my Teacher Training for The Moving Mandala.
I feel very honoured to be a Moving Mandala Teacher and facilitating Moving Mandala Shamanic Retreats has been such power-full and rewarding work.
I work with individuals and groups as a Communication Consultant and Whole Life Coach. I love working with people who are determined to develop self-leadership; people who are willing to dive deep into their own personal development and grow self awareness. I love to help individuals identify their authentic talents, refine their natural gifts and step into their full potential.
I have been teaching and facilitating in varying capacities since 2001. I graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor in Sport Management and received a Certificate in Education from D’Youville College. I am certified in a variety of psychometric tools such as Workplace Big 5 and Everything DISC. I am a Moving Mandala Teacher Trainee, Heart IQ coach, and certified Art of Presence coach.
I want to offer a safe, nurturing and uplifting space for individuals as they discover their truth, shift into their power, and follow their heart.
